Vacation Website
Designing a website from scratch can be quite an adventure. Unlike working with existing materials, you have a blank canvas to work with and you are essentially the creator of the website.
This was the case for me recently, and I found it to be a great opportunity to showcase my design skills for a mobile website. It was also an opportunity for me to put into practice what my client was expecting from the website.
Requirements
The client's requirement was to build a website user-friendly for international clients, with easy navigation and management capabilities. To achieve this, they wanted to utilize various programming languages, including HTML and CSS styling. In addition, the client requested the inclusion of audio testimonials and maps of their location, as well as a gallery column for displaying images. To ensure that the website was accessible on all devices, the client also requested a responsive design. Overall, the client's goal was to create a website that was easy to use and appealing to their target audience.​
Analysis
To achieve my goal, I began by brainstorming ideas to make use of my programming skills in HTML and CSS styling. I also prepared audio testimonials, maps of their location, and images for the gallery column.
To ensure that all necessary information is presented, I created four additional pages for the website. These pages will enable us to showcase all relevant information for the client, as well as provide registration and payment forms for users to fill out. Overall, these efforts should result in a well-rounded website that meets the needs of both the client and users.
Final Product
This is the latest update to the Voyage Source website – it's got a crisp landing page and a stunning photo gallery that aligns with the client's vision. I've tailored the content to engage visitors and ensured the site's responsive on all devices. It's user-friendly, simple to navigate, and meets all the client's needs.
